Characters will be assigned at the time of booking for Gable House guests. Opening reception and Act 1 is Friday, January 23 from 4-6 PM; Act 2 Saturday, Jan 24 at 9 AM; Act 3 & group dinner 4:30-6:30 PM; and act 4 and reveal Sunday, Jan 25 at 9 AM. Must be 21+.

Greetings Murder Mystery Fans and Gable House Guests & Friends,
We will be hosting a Snowdown Murder Mystery game ‘Shadows Over Statehood’ at the Gable House Bed and Breakfast Inn, Durango, CO the weekend of January 23-January 25. This year's murder mystery is a celebration of the 1876 Statehood of Colorado, and what may have been sinister undertones of the celebrated event…
The cast of characters will be available to guests as reservations are received. Inn guests have priority for participation in the Murder Mystery game. Any remaining character slots may be filled with non-lodging participants.
We currently have VIP Investigator players (Inn guests) and Super Sleuth Detective players. The cast will be filled from these groups.
Reservation Options:
VIP Investigators:
Reservation includes lodging for 2 nights, opening reception, 2 upscale house made breakfasts and closing celebration. Character assignment and participation in live Murder Mystery game, Acts I-IV. Rooms and characters selected at the time of booking reservation.
$289 per person, based on double occupancy.
$250 per person, for 3-4 players sharing a bath, in a 2 bedroom unit.
Super Sleuth Detectives:
Reservation includes character assignment and participation in live Murder Mystery game, Acts I-IV, opening reception and breakfast 1/24 and 1/25.
$150 per person.
$100 per person - character assignment & participation in live Murder Mystery game, Acts I-IV.
Schedule of Events:
Friday January 23:
4-5 pm Check-In for Inn Guests.
5-6:45 pm Welcome Reception, Introduction of Characters, Act I.
Saturday, January 24:
9-10 am Breakfast for Inn Guests and Character Interactions, Act II.
Sunday January 25:
9-10 am Breakfast for Inn Guests and Character Interactions, Act III, Act IV-The Reveal.
Awards for Best Costume, Best Actor, Most Congenial and First to Guess Murder and Motive.
All Activities will Complete by 11 am.
